Context

Domain Money’s founding team brings decades of high-level experience from the financial world, including key roles in shaping SoFi, Clarity Money, and Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Driven by a shared conviction, they believe that the benefits of elite wealth management should reach beyond the rich. Their mission? To make expert financial advice accessible and affordable—no hidden rules, no high minimums, no judgment. Just the right guidance to help everyday people reach their financial goals.

Solution

As Domain Money refined their story, positioning, and product-market fit, they needed to evolve their brand for stronger customer engagement. They approached us to create a new brand identity and messaging platform, extending that work across all business aspects—from launch video to website design and copy, to product interface branding and messaging. The result was a comprehensive brand execution that enhanced every customer touchpoint, creating a cohesive branded experience.

01 Brand Identity

We created a new brand identity for Domain Money that conveyed purposeful forward movement, aligning with their mission to help customers achieve key financial goals. Our focus was on fostering trust in the company for financial decisions while ensuring the brand remained approachable and personal.

02 Visual Language

Using a pie chart as the main element, we developed a dynamic visual library spanning photography, video, icons, and infographics. This showcased how Domain Money helps customers quantify needs, allocate resources, and achieve goals, all within a comprehensive financial plan.

03 Website Design

As a key part of the customer engagement strategy, the Domain Money website needed to convey the why, what, and how of Domain Money and its products. Central to this was helping customers understand the simplicity and impact of Domain Money’s offerings, the reliability of their certified financial planners (CFPs), and how they have successfully benefited current customers.

04 Product

The final phase of the project was implementing the brand across the desktop and mobile apps. This included analyzing customer experience flow, key information points for a seamless product experience, and creating messaging and design elements that effectively delivered on Domain’s Money’s offerings.
