Context

XY’s founders started from the ground up and built a data platform that would harness the immense power of the cloud. But their vision didn’t stop there. They engineered XY to power the Retail Data Cloud, where thousands of brands have seamless access to explore, create applications, share, and unlock the true value of their data.

Solution

XY Retail came to us and asked us to reinvigorate their brand with a messaging platform and visual brand aligned to the always-on aesthetic of omnichannel luxury retailers. Working with them we built a brand that leveraged the modern approach to cross-platform selling, customer retention and international marketing. With our approach, XY was able to communicate their innovative path to unified commerce solution through their website and marketing materials.

01 Website

After a deep discovery process talking with the founder and partners, we developed a messaging platform and visual language that was able to dimensionalize the XY platform and the unique selling proposition for their target customer. First expressed through their website, they were able to take this visual language and use it across all of their marketing efforts.

02 Brand Vision

XY Retail's brand vision was that modern brands were not strictly digital or physical retail but fused the two in a phygital approach that leverages these channels and beyond. This required a unique technological platform that XY evolved beyond traditional point-of-sale. The brand needed to communicate this. The open circle represents their 360º approach while also speaking to the ever evolving channels for sales and marketing.
