Following the success of Il Parco, Colibrí, Zazil, El Jardin, Chika, and Suspiro, the group introduced Taqueria Parranga—an authentic taqueria inspired by Mexico City’s rich street food tradition. Built around handmade tortillas, fresh salsas, and bold flavors, Parranga delivers an approachable everyday destination for breakfast burritos, quick lunches, tacos, and late-night bites with friends.

Pineapple created a Parranga brand experience that captures the energy of Mexico City’s streetside taquerias while fitting naturally within Santana Row’s lively dining scene. Inspired by colorful signage, bustling vendors, and the rich magic of authentic Mexican cooking, the brand centers on freshness, simplicity, and accessibility. Handmade tortillas, daily salsas, and vibrant flavors celebrate the spirit of true taqueria culture while reinforcing Parranga’s place within Buen Rallo’s growing collection of distinctive restaurant concepts.

The Parranga identity is built around the energy and personality of Mexico’s street food tradition. Drawing inspiration from traditional taqueria signage and hand-painted market graphics, the mark balances bold typography with playful visual cues. The idea is to evoke movement, flavor, and community.The result? To support the Parranga identity, Pineapple developed a flexible visual system rooted in vibrant colors, bold graphics, and tactile textures. All of it is inspired by the materials of traditional Mexican markets and kitchens. Patterns and graphic elements draw influence from tortillas, street banners, and hand-crafted signage, creating a lively design language that feels both authentic and contemporary.These elements work together to bring the Parranga brand to life across menus, packaging, digital touchpoints, and environmental graphics throughout the restaurant.
